Bundle the query helper so the packaged app can start (DRA-603)
The main process loaded @orpc/tanstack-query only because the API client's entry
file re-exports a helper that the windows use. Listed as a dependency, it stayed
outside the bundle and was installed in the package, but its required partner
@tanstack/query-core wasn't: that only used to arrive through @tanstack/react-query,
which moved to devDependencies with the rest of the windows' libraries. The packaged
app failed with a missing module error before opening a window.
Only the windows use the helper, so it moves to devDependencies too. It is now
bundled, and nothing of it is left in the main process.
